…..Early Enrollment and Retention

Accelovance fully leverages its control of both patient recruitment and clinical operations to effectively plan and manage high patient volume. Depending on a sponsor’s needs, Accelovance can provide full CRO services to effectively manage the efficient output generated through this system.

A. Project Plan - Well before the study starts, a detailed clinical site plan including patient flow, patient recruitment strategy and CRF output is developed. Clinical monitoring and data management plans are developed to process the high CRF output.

B. Patient Pool - To meet this plan with reliable patients and high retention rates, patient recruitment is implemented before the study starts. Accelovance’s Patient Pooling process enables many, if not all, patients to be identified and ready to enroll BEFORE the enrollment start date. Creative screening approaches are utilized, when appropriate, to facilitate this process and minimize screen fails at informed consent.

C. Managed Patient Flow and Data Output - Accelovance controls and manages operations to ensure patient accessibility and optimal procedural conduct. During the enrollment period, patients are scheduled uniformly into our sites. This generates predictable and high volume output of CRFs.

D. Clinical Monitoring - Monitors are located near our sites to reduce travel costs. Due to the predictable CRF output, monitoring visits are scheduled to capitalize on the efficiency. Queries are typically resolved within 24 – 48 hours.

E. Data Management & Reporting - Accelovance efficiently processes EDC or manual CRFs for statistical analysis and reporting, within contractually committed timelines.
